How much does an AI chatbot cost?
AI chatbot setup costs €300 once and is paid only after the free trial of 14 days, if you decide to continue. The monthly price depends on the number of conversations, free up to 100 conversations and €29 up to 1,000 conversations. Larger volumes are agreed separately, and prices are also in our pricing.

What is an AI chatbot and how is it different from ChatGPT?
An AI chatbot is a program that answers customer questions about your business on your website or in messages, on your behalf. Unlike a general tool such as ChatGPT, our chatbot answers only from information you have checked and follows the rules you set, for example what it may promise and when it refers a customer to you.

Does the chatbot answer in Serbian?
Yes. The chatbot writes correct Serbian, in Latin or Cyrillic script, and if you have foreign guests or customers, it can also answer in English by agreement. We set the language and tone during setup, so the answers sound as if someone from your business wrote them.

Which channels does the AI chatbot work on?
The AI chatbot works on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and you see all conversations in one place in your account. It is added to a website with one line of code, so it also works on WordPress, Wix or Shopify websites that we did not build. Connections to other systems, such as a CRM, are agreed separately.

What does the chatbot do when it does not know the answer?
The chatbot tells the customer it does not have that information and offers to have someone from your team contact them. If the customer leaves a name and a phone number or email, you get an email with the contact and the whole conversation. We then add such questions to the knowledge base, so next time it knows the answer.

Can the chatbot collect contacts from interested customers?
Yes. When a customer shows interest, the chatbot asks for their name and phone number or email and notes what they need. You see all contacts in your account together with the full conversation, and the monthly report shows how many new contacts came in. This is also useful for visitors from ads, because nobody is left without an answer.

Where are conversations stored and who can see them?
Conversations are stored on Cloudflare servers, in a database located in Europe. You can see them in your account, on our side only the support team can, and we do not use them to train AI models. If you or a customer asks, we delete the conversation.

Do I need a developer for an AI chatbot?
No. We turn information about your business, such as prices, opening hours and service descriptions, into a knowledge base, set the rules and install the chatbot for you. When you change a price or a service, you send us the change and we add it. Before launch, we test the chatbot on questions your customers actually ask.
