Prices on the site are indicative and shown as starting prices ("from"). The content of the site, including the price list, is not a binding offer but an invitation for you to send us an inquiry. The final price, scope of work and timeline are set in a written quote or contract.

Every project is governed by a separate quote or contract. If anything in these terms differs from what is agreed in the contract, the contract prevails.

The results we show (Google rankings, traffic, inquiries) relate to specific projects and are not a guarantee of the same outcome for every business. Search rankings and ad performance also depend on factors outside our control, such as Google and Meta algorithms and your competition.

An AI assistant on the site answers questions about our services. Its answers are for information only, may contain mistakes and are not a binding offer. For exact prices and timelines, contact us directly. Please do not enter confidential information, passwords or payment details into the chat.

When using the site, you must not:

• use it in violation of the law or in a way that harms us or others;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or data;
• send spam, malicious code or false information through the forms or the chat;
• overload the site with automated requests that disrupt its operation;
• present yourself as Atrigen or act on our behalf without permission.

The text, design, graphics, the Atrigen logo and the code of the site belong to Atrigen and are protected by copyright law. You may view them and share links to them, but you may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos and work shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown only as examples of our work.

The site contains links to other sites and services, such as social networks and Google reviews. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We try to keep the site available at all times, but it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may change, add or remove content without prior notice.
