I already have Google Analytics — what does your new setup add?
We often see GA accounts with duplicate events, wrong conversions or just default data. We audit the existing account, fix errors, set up proper conversions, add Meta Pixel with CAPI and build a custom dashboard. If the account is already set up well, we tell you that — we don't charge for work that isn't needed.
What's the difference between a GA4 report and a Looker Studio dashboard?
GA4 shows its own reports, with its own charts and terminology — often too many options to quickly understand what matters. We build the Looker Studio dashboard: one page with your KPIs, traffic sources, top pages and conversions. You open it and immediately see how you're doing, without digging through menus.
How do I know the data is accurate?
After setup we run validation: we check every event through Google Tag Assistant and Meta Pixel Helper, send test orders or leads, and verify everything arrives. Only when it all works correctly do we hand over the dashboard. On request, we run the same test for every new event.
Does tracking slow down the site?
Properly set up tracking has minimal impact. We load scripts asynchronously, use server-side GTM where needed and don't add unnecessary tags. After setup, we re-measure each site on PageSpeed Insights — if tracking hurts the score, we go back and optimize.
How do you handle GDPR and cookie banner requirements?
We set up Google Consent Mode v2 and a cookie banner that gives the user a real choice. Before consent we send only anonymous, aggregated data (cookieless ping). After consent, full tracking turns on. Everything is aligned with Google and Meta recommendations and current privacy rules in the EU and Serbia.
What if I cancel?
Everything stays with you — the GA4 account, the GTM container, the Meta Business Manager, the Looker Studio dashboard. We're added as collaborators, not owners. If you want, we hand over the setup documentation so another agency or in-house team can pick up from the same place.
