Does this actually answer clients or is it just marketing?

Can it replace an employee who answers messages?
It can cover 60 to 80% of routine questions (hours, prices, availability, order status). Complex cases are automatically forwarded to your team. It doesn't replace an employee on tasks requiring human judgment, but it frees them from repetition.
What happens when the assistant doesn't know an answer?
It is strictly trained not to make things up. If something isn't in the knowledge base, it tells the user it's not sure and suggests direct contact via phone, email or WhatsApp. The monthly report lists all such questions so we can fill the gaps.
Do I need technical knowledge to maintain it?
No. We manage the knowledge base and update the assistant. You send us changes (new prices, new service, changed hours) and we push them to the system within one business day.
Do you store conversation logs?
Yes, anonymized and GDPR-compliant. You get access to all conversations through an admin panel. We don't keep personal data longer than needed for the report.
What does setup and monthly maintenance cost?
Pricing depends on the number of channels (site, WhatsApp, Instagram, Viber) and the size of the knowledge base. There's a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription for hosting, AI tokens and upkeep. You get an exact quote after a short call.
What if the AI service goes down or gets more expensive?
